We have a report from Samuel in Israel.
It looks like the jigging season is coming back to his water.

Happy to report you after a while. Slow pitch jigging continue to do a good job in Israel. I rarely come back home without fish, mainly small fish 1 to 3kg (grouper, AJ, bonito, Blue runner…). This time I got the price and I was waiting for him from long time!
OJ2000 and PE2 with the classic Rector 210g is my favorite set from far, I caught the most with it. I crank 2 times with extra force after a short fall, this fish found it probably irresistible.
I still go jigging between 30m to 50m, and found very difficult or impossible to slow pitch in 100m depth, maybe I should furnish my boat with a spanker!
